N11 Sent Me a Motorcycle Pad Instead of a Bike Pad - Refused My Return Request
The bike pad order was mismanaged, and instead of a bike pad, a motorcycle pad was sent. When I attempted to return the product, the seller store refused to accept the wrong product, acting as if I had mistakenly ordered a bike pad and received a motorcycle pad due to my own error. I provided all the necessary proof, including the original order details and photos of the incorrect product, but they still would not cooperate. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, I was met with indifference and excuses. This situation, caused entirely by the seller and N11, has not been resolved, and neither party is offering any help. I am now taking the matter to consumer rights. I advise anyone to think twice before ordering from N11 and this seller.
