N11 Seller Sent Me a Fake Product Twice and I’m Stuck in a Back-and-forth



I bought something from N11, and unfortunately, the seller sent me a fake item. I compared it with the original product I have and shared all the pictures that clearly show the difference. Even after I complained, the seller dared to send the same fake item again. I turned down the delivery and sent it back, but now it’s on its way back to the seller again. I’m really disappointed with this whole experience because I relied on your platform to keep buyers safe from stuff like this. I was hoping for a better outcome and some accountability, but instead, I’m just stuck dealing with a shady seller and an annoying back-and-forth situation. I thought I would get better help from your platform.
