N11 is not reliable and disregards consumer rights. None of the terms of the seller agreement were followed, and my return request was rejected. Although I only used the product to try it out, it was deemed damaged, and my return was sent back to me. The company did not even provide proper proof or justification for this decision. Despite my attempts to reach customer service, I received generic responses that did not address my concerns. In short, I was misled. N11 is an online shopping platform that fails to protect its customers' rights. For this reason, I have terminated my active membership. Be cautious when shopping on this site.
