I purchased a fondue machine through n11 online shopping, and after receiving the product, I noticed that its size was completely different from what was shown in the advertisement picture, making it unusable for my expectations. I contacted n11 and the seller to report that the product did not match the advertised size, and they told me they were checking the situation, but no action has been taken and no concrete solution has been offered since then. Because the product does not match the advertised size, I request a full refund for this purchase and the cancellation of the order.
