Mytrip.com Has Not Refunded My Ticket for a Month



I am contacting Mytrip.com regarding a refund for reference UEPWLA, as the process has taken over a month without any reasonable explanation. I booked tickets through Mytrip.com for 3 passengers and requested a refund for one passenger under reference UEPWLA and a second refund for two passengers under reference MSFCEO. While the refund for MSFCEO has been processed, I am still waiting for the refund related to UEPWLA, which now appears as "unavailable" on my dashboard. I am awaiting your response.
