Mytrip Failed to Rebook or Refund After Flight Cancellation
We purchased tickets through Mytrip for our flights scheduled on May 22, 2026. One of the connecting flights within this itinerary was canceled. While part of the journey still appears to be valid, another segment has been canceled. To understand how to proceed and to find a solution, I called customer service.
However, even after waiting on hold for approximately 46 minutes, I have not been able to reach a customer representative. Despite remaining on the line for this extended period, I have received no response and am still waiting. We have been left in a difficult situation due to the canceled flight and are unable to obtain information about the process.
My reservation number is 1087260087. Due to the canceled connecting flight, I request that our entire flight reservation be canceled and that the full amount we paid be refunded. I also request prompt information regarding both the canceled flight and the difficulty in reaching customer service, and that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
