Mytrip Failed to Disclose Flight Operated by BBN Airlines for Ajet Booking

In July, I purchased a round-trip standard ticket from Sabiha Gökçen to Berlin Brandenburg through Mytrip (Reservation No: 30****), and I paid by credit card. However, Mytrip failed to mention that the outbound flight was operated by BBN Airlines on behalf of Ajet. I only discovered this by coincidence while checking my flight details through the Ajet mobile app.
Because of this lack of information, I wanted to change my ticket, but every time I contacted Mytrip, they simply responded that no changes could be made and that they were “sorry for the inconvenience,” without offering any real solution. They also informed me that canceling the outbound flight would automatically cancel the return flight, which left me with no options.
While I understand that my ticket may not be flexible, the missing and misleading flight information caused me serious inconvenience. I am requesting that Mytrip cancel my ticket and refund the full amount due to their failure to provide accurate booking details. I also expect the company to take measures to prevent similar issues for future customers.
