Mytrip Customer Service Not Answering After Air China Flight Cancellation

A portion of the connecting Istanbul–Tokyo flight ticket we purchased through Mytrip with Air China has been canceled. We tried to contact Mytrip customer service to make arrangements regarding the segments that were not canceled. However, despite the phone ringing for 50 minutes on one occasion and calling multiple times, we were unable to reach anyone. There has been absolutely no customer support after the purchase.
