Mytrip Company Denies Full Refund for Flight Time Change
I'm so annoyed with the whole refund thing for my flight from Seoul to Istanbul on August 21. Reservation number is M9ZZUI. So, the airline hit me up and said they had to change the flight time. But don't worry, they promised to give me a full refund. But, to be honest, Mytrip company is totally refusing to give me a full refund. Instead, they're like, " we'll only give you half of the refund." I feel so ripped off and totally unsatisfied with how they treated me. How can they be so inconsiderate? Did I just spend this load just to feel ripped off?? Anyway, just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone dealing with the same problem - be cautious about Mytrip's iffy refund policy. Either read it well, talk to them or better just buy your things from the airline company directly.
