On September 18, 2025, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Skopje with Ajet Airlines through Mytrip. During booking, I also paid an additional €8 fee for a window seat. However, when I completed my online check-in on September 17, despite selecting a window seat, I was assigned seat 18D, which is an aisle seat. My return flight hasn’t taken place yet, so this issue occurred only on the outbound leg.
I contacted Mytrip customer service by phone, but they said they couldn’t assist me. I also reached out to Ajet Airlines, who explained that because the ticket was purchased through a travel agency, they were unable to make any seat adjustments. Mytrip then told me that I would need to wait until my return flight to request a refund.
I’m requesting either a refund of the €8 seat fee or that my window seat preference be honored on my remaining flight. Additionally, I’d like to note that Mytrip’s customer support lacks proper Turkish-language assistance, which made communication more difficult.
My reservation/PNR code is 34K7P9, and my order number is 1089-704-405. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
