Mytrip Cancelled Return Flight Without Notice

I purchased a round-trip ticket from Mytrip for flights from İzmir to Stuttgart and back. While there were no issues with the outbound flight, my return ticket was canceled months ago, but I never received any notification from the agency. When I contacted the airline, I found out that Mytrip had registered a different email address than the one I used, and they insisted that they hadn't been informed. The customer support is completely unhelpful, and I experienced language barriers even in Turkish. I will definitely not be booking with Mytrip again, and I advise others to reconsider their choices as well.
