Mytrip Booking Name Mismatch & No Update

When purchasing our flight tickets, we entered 'Ç** Ö**' but the system automatically converted it to 'ÇÖ* 'R*** Öi' as 'RÖ***'. We are uncomfortable with this situation, and when we asked Etihad Airways, they warned us that it could cause boarding issues. We demand that our names be corrected properly. We want to inform Mytrip that if they do not rectify this, we will take legal action. This situation creates a hardship for us and could put us in financial difficulty. Mytrip claims it's corrected, but it still appears wrong on Etihad Airways. Mytrip is providing us with incorrect information, and if they do not fix this immediately, we will resort to legal action.
