Mytrip.com Cancels Return Flight Without Consent

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket through Mytrip.com, and the return flight operated by THY was canceled. When I requested the flight to be rescheduled according to my rights, during an online chat with Mytrip customer service, the representative misunderstood my request completely. They canceled both my outbound and return tickets without my explicit consent (According to the agent, the response 'okay' to the agent's 'I'm waiting' message constituted sufficient consent and they could do whatever they wanted). This situation severely impacted my travel plans and caused significant distress.

Furthermore, immediately after learning about the cancellation via email while being abroad, I called the customer service representative, O*** Bey, on the phone. O*** Bey's communication with me was extremely rude and insulting. Such disrespectful behavior from the representative is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I demand the rectification of this incident and the reinstatement of my canceled ticket. I request that necessary steps be taken to address the situation and remedy the inconvenience I have experienced. Additionally, I insist on an investigation into the attitude of the customer service representative and appropriate measures being taken.

Due to the urgency of the matter, I kindly request a prompt response.
