My Mytrip Customer Service Denied Simple Flight Change

During my conversation with a Mytrip customer service representative through their app, I received robotic responses and no attempt was made to solve my problem. The conversation was abruptly ended without asking if I had any other issues. I understand that ISO 10002 might not be a priority for you, but I wanted to change my flight to one day earlier because I mistakenly booked it for the wrong day due to illness. It had been less than an hour since I purchased the ticket, and the flight isn't for another three months. I was a frequent Mytrip customer, but they've lost my business now. You can thank your customer service representative C***** for that.
