Myntra Sent Wrong Sneakers and Ignored My Return Requests for Months
My interaction with Myntra has been quite unsatisfactory and aggravating. I ordered branded sneakers, but the colour and size were off. The software kept flickering as I tried to start a return, so making the process almost hard. I called their customer service after multiple failed efforts, but simply got automated responses devoid of addressing my problem. I emailed them several times as well, but never received a decent response. They kept postponing the resolution even though they generated multiple service requests. Weeks became months, and today they say the opportunity for returns has closed. It seems like a calculated move meant to prevent returns. The app's and customer service of Myntra are appalling. I really suggest avoiding using their site for buying.
