Boyner Refused to Return My Nike Football Shoes Despite 30-Day Policy

I bought a pair of Nike football shoes from Boyner, but unfortunately, they were too small for my feet. I contacted the store to request a return or exchange—well within the 14-day window—but they denied my request outright. This was shocking, especially since Boyner’s own app clearly states a 30-day unconditional return policy.

I followed every guideline, returned the product in perfect condition, and still received a flat rejection. There was no reasonable explanation, just a refusal to help. It’s incredibly frustrating to be misled by a company’s return policy and then ignored when trying to resolve a simple issue.

To anyone thinking of buying from Boyner or Nike—be careful. They don’t honor their own promises, and you could end up like me—stuck with an expensive product you can’t use.
