Despite My Getir Order Being Delayed, I Can't Reach Anyone.
It's been 1.5 hours since I placed my order, yet the estimated arrival time still shows 30 minutes. When I reached out to live support, they attributed the delay to high demand and promised an update, which never came. My order hasn't arrived, and the main issue is that they charged an extra delivery fee for immediate delivery but ended up delaying it into a free delivery time slot. When I contacted live support again, they ended the chat without resolving the issue and redirected me to the rating page. Whether this is a system or branch issue, someone needs to address it. Additionally, don't bother contacting live support; they keep saying they're busy and put you on hold. There's zero professionalism.
