H&M Online Order Missing After UPI Payment
On 16 February 2026 at around 12:17 PM, I placed an order for men’s jeans through the H&M website, using my H&M account registered with the email address nunfelahma***@gmail.com. I selected delivery to Khatla, Commissionerate of Excise and Narcotics, Aizawl, Mizoram, India, and completed the payment of ₹1,948 (including delivery charges) via UPI. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 200229334401. After making the payment, I did not receive any order confirmation, update, or delivery information from H&M. When I signed back into my H&M account, there was no record of this order in my account or order history, even though the amount had been debited from my bank. My contact number linked to this purchase is 84140853**. I request that you urgently check this transaction from your side and confirm whether the order has been successfully placed and linked to my account. If the order was not processed, I kindly ask you to initiate a refund of ₹1,948 to my original payment method at the earliest. If needed, I can provide the payment screenshot and any other information required to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
