MyNearWallet Access Lost After Device Reset

I had been using the official NEAR wallet to hold my funds, and I currently have a balance of 20 NEAR in that wallet. On December 4th, my phone was reset, and since then, I have completely lost access to my wallet because I no longer have the passphrase. Unfortunately, I did not set up any additional recovery methods such as email recovery, a hardware key, or a backup on another device. As I do not know how to reach the official support channels, I am writing this complaint to request help from the relevant team. I would like to receive clear guidance on whether there is any possible way to recover access to my wallet, or, if technically feasible under NEAR’s security rules, to perform a manual recovery after appropriate identity and security checks. I kindly ask you to review my situation and inform me transparently about what can and cannot be done in such cases, and what exact steps I should follow. I want to know if there is any chance to regain access to the 20 NEAR in my wallet and how I should proceed.
