If MyNearWallet won’t import your seed phrase correctly and shows different balances and you want to recover your real funds;

Verify the seed phrase first;

• Make sure you entered words in the exact order
• Check spelling carefully (no extra spaces)
• Use lowercase only
• Confirm it’s a 12/24-word phrase (not private key)

Check the correct derivation path;

• Some wallets use different derivation paths
• Make sure you’re importing as a NEAR wallet, not another chain
• If available, check “Advanced / Derivation Path” settings

Confirm the correct account ID;

• After import, check the account name shown
• NEAR allows multiple accounts under one seed
• Make sure you’re viewing the correct account

Check on NEAR Explorer;

• Go to explorer.near.org
• Enter your original wallet address
• Confirm actual on-chain balance
• Screenshot the balance shown

Try another trusted NEAR wallet;
