For approximately 1,709 days, I have been using my Pi Network wallet regularly and keeping all of my savings there. However, my Pi coins were stolen without my knowledge or consent. On January 4, 2026, between 4:45 and 4:49 a.m., the moment my previously locked Pi coins became unlocked, 1,884 Pi coins were transferred to another address, even though I did not approve or initiate any transaction.

Aside from the access permissions I had previously granted within the app, I did not perform any additional actions. During this transfer, I was not asked for a password, PIN, or email verification. Losing my savings within seconds from a wallet I had trusted for a long time has caused me serious financial and emotional distress.

After the incident, I tried to contact the Pi Network team and relevant channels, but I have not received any response so far. As a user, I expect this unauthorized transfer in my account to be investigated in detail, the security vulnerability to be explained, and the 1,884 Pi coins that I unfairly lost to be returned to me. I also request that security measures be strengthened to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
