Pi Browser Wallet Locked After Fingerprint Reset on Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G

Today, I was unable to access my Pi Browser wallet on my Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G device. Previously, I had registered my fingerprint for wallet login. However, after removing the old fingerprint from my phone lock settings and adding a new one, I began receiving the error: “No fingerprint enrolled” whenever I tried to access my wallet.

I attempted to fix this by clearing the app cache and retrying, but the issue persists. Unfortunately, I no longer remember my recovery phrase, which makes the situation worse. My wallet currently holds around 110 Pi, and my account is KYC-verified. Up until now, I have not contacted the support team about this problem.

I am urgently requesting technical support to either restore access to my existing wallet or provide a secure way to transfer my current balance to a new wallet. My priority is to regain access without losing the 110 Pi I have accumulated.
