Confirm the correct account ID first;
• Make sure you’re entering the exact NEAR account name
• Check spelling carefully (.near, custom domain, etc.)
• Search your email for original wallet creation confirmation
Check on NEAR Explorer;
• Go to explorer.near.org
• Search your suspected wallet address
• Confirm the account exists and shows balance
• Screenshot the result
Verify recovery method;
• Make sure you’re using the correct recovery option:
– Seed phrase (12/24 words)
– Private key
– Email/social login (if originally used)
• Don’t mix recovery methods
Check seed phrase accuracy;
• Enter words in exact order
• No extra spaces
• Correct spelling
• Use lowercase only
Contact MyNearWallet Support;
• Provide:
– Your public wallet address
– Screenshot of “account not found” error
– Recovery method used
• Ask them to verify account existence and recovery path
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
