Quality Issues, And Discoloration in MYKA Customized Necklaces

I placed an order for a customized necklace from MYKA on December 22, 2023, as a New Year's gift for my wife. It was our first New Year celebration together, so I splurged a bit on a fancy necklace. My wife absolutely loved the necklace and wore it with joy. However, in the past few days, we've encountered some quality issues. Despite only wearing it for 1.5 months, the necklace has started to darken, tarnishing its appearance. Additionally, one of the gemstones has become loose, causing concern that it might fall off. It looked so elegant and sturdy on the website, yet now we're facing these problems. I reached out to them by email to inform them about the problem, and they asked me to send back the item so they could look into it. I will return it, but these annoying problems should have been avoided from the start. I suspect that the images on their website may be deceptive.
