MYKA Bracelet Delivery Failed And There Is No Customer Service

On January 22, 2024, I ordered a custom bracelet from MYKA as a gift for my daughter. The bracelet, which cost me a total of $178, was supposed to be delivered to my address on January 25th. I diligently tracked the shipping status daily using the tracking number provided. However, on the day of delivery, I noticed that the shipping status showed "return to sender" instead of " out for delivery." I immediately contacted customer support to inquire about the reason for the return. They claimed that my address was unclear, leading to an automatic return decision. I've used the same address for purchases from this company before without any issues. Despite my objections, they provided a new tracking number, but the outcome was the same—the package was returned to the sender. All I want now is a refund. It's evident that the item cannot be delivered, and they're not investigating the root cause of the problem. I simply want my money back so I can move on from this ordeal.
