MYKA Sent The Wrong Customized Jewelry

I had a necklace engraved with my spouse's name from MYKA for her birthday. Just one day prior to her birthday, they duly delivered the package. My wife's birthday present was beautiful, however, we were shocked to see a spelling error when she opened it. I got in touch with customer support right away, and the following day, I sent back the necklace to get a new one. But no refund or exchange has been handled yet, and that's after an entire month. Such callousness from a well-respected company's customer care department is really disheartening. Please fix this as soon as possible and give me my money back if possible. My wife has long since lost all enthusiasm for putting this jewelry.
