Unwanted Subscription With Myiq That Was Not Consented For
Today I noticed that an amount of 29.99 was withdrawn from my bank account for a MyIQ subscription that I did not knowingly consent to. Although I have previously created an account and used MyIQ, I did not agree to any paid subscription or recurring payment. After seeing the charge, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that I needed to resolve this directly with MyIQ. However, I have not been able to find a clear or accessible way to contact MyIQ support in order to cancel this subscription and dispute the payment. I request that my current MyIQ subscription, which was started without my explicit and informed consent, be immediately cancelled and that the full amount of 29.99 debited from my bank account be refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
