Unauthorized Myıq Withdrawal From Bank Account — Refund Request

On September 27, 2025, I paid $1 on Myıq’s official website to take a one-time test. I did not purchase any plan or subscription, and there was no notification indicating that a subscription would start. However, on November 1, I noticed on my Garanti Bank statement that $33 had been withdrawn by Myıq without my authorization. Before this unexpected withdrawal, no previous payments had ever been made from my account.
After discovering this, I tried to contact Myıq customer service but couldn’t reach anyone. For security reasons, I contacted my bank and blocked my card. I demand that this unauthorized transaction be immediately canceled and that the $33 be refunded to my account.
I request an urgent update regarding this issue and that my loss be resolved as soon as possible.
