MyIQ Processed Unauthorized Payment — Card Now Blocked for Security

On October 2, I made a $1 payment on Myiq’s website to take a one-time test. I did not purchase any package or subscription, and I received no information about a subscription either before or after the payment. Despite this, on November 23, I discovered that $34 had been charged to my Enpara Bank card by Myiq. This $34 charge was made entirely without my knowledge or approval, and there are no other payments on my account to Myiq before or after this transaction.
After noticing the issue, I attempted to contact Myiq customer service through live chat, but I received no response at all. For security reasons, I contacted my bank and had my card blocked. The email address I used during the process is ************@gmail.com, my name appears on the site as Ceren K., and I do not have a profile registered on the platform. The last four digits of the card used are 1402.
I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge and a full refund of $34. I also ask to be informed urgently about the process and for this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
