On October 11, 2025, I paid €1 on the Myıq platform just to see the result of a single test. I never started a subscription, nor was I shown any membership agreement, additional fee notice, or confirmation box. However, shortly after viewing the test result, an unauthorized charge of €29.99 was deducted from my account.
During this process, I wasn’t informed in any way, nor did I receive any warning that a subscription had been initiated. After the payment, I tried to reach Myıq customer service by email, but I only received automated bot responses, and my issue was never resolved.
I willingly paid €1 to view my test result, but I absolutely do not consent to the unauthorized withdrawal of €29.99. I demand that this amount be refunded to my account immediately and that no subscription be started without my approval. Otherwise, I will take legal action.
