Paid for Myiq IQ Test, Then Got a Surprise $35 Charge
On October 21, 2025, I completed an IQ test on the Myiq website and paid a small fee for it.
On October 28, a charge of $35 was made to my Garanti Bank card (last four digits 5032) without my knowledge or consent. I contacted my bank, but they did not provide any solution. I also received no notification or email before or after the transaction.
I have the receipt and reference details for the transaction and can share them if needed. This is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this, and Myıq has not responded to my attempts to reach them.
I request an immediate investigation and a full refund of the unauthorized $35 charge, and I expect assurance that no further unauthorized charges will occur.
