Myıq Charged Card Without Permission — Refund and Account Deletion Request
On October 20, 2025, I was supposed to pay only $1 as a test fee through Myıq, but on October 27, $34 was withdrawn from my card (last four digits: 2033) without my consent. I did not receive any notification, email, or message about this unauthorized transaction.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I know that other users have experienced similar issues. I request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, the $34 be refunded, and my account permanently closed.
I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
