After noticing this reservation, I contacted the MyIQ.com help center by email, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is worrying for me because I did not agree to any subscription, and money is being taken from my account without my consent. I request that the unauthorized transaction of BWP447.95 be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account be cancelled so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent.
