I made a one-time payment to receive my IQ test results on July 20, 2025. It was clearly stated that this would be a one-time payment only. I never agreed to or signed up for any kind of premium subscription.
To my shock, on July 22, 2025, an amount of $47.93 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I find this unauthorized charge unacceptable and misleading. I demand a full refund of $47.93 immediately and request that my payment information be removed from your system to avoid future deductions.
Please resolve this issue promptly, or I will be forced to report it to my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.
