WePlay User Scamming Others and Bullying Them in Group Chats

I am a user of the Weplay mobile voice chat application and I want to report a serious issue regarding the account with the ID 50713***. This user has been creating group chats and scamming people by claiming to sell user IDs and rings. She takes money from users and then blocks them without delivering any of the promised items. According to what I have seen and heard from others, she has been engaging in this fraudulent activity for a long time and continues to deceive new users. In addition to the scams, this user is also involved in abusive behaviour and bullying other users on the application. She sends insulting and offensive messages both in group chats and direct messages. I have attached screenshots showing her abusive messages as evidence of this conduct. I kindly request that you investigate this account and review the evidence of fraud, harassment and bullying. If these violations are confirmed, I ask that you permanently ban this account in order to protect other users from further harm and to maintain a safe environment on the platform.
