MYIQ Subscription Not Cancelled and Billing Through Cash App
I downloaded the MYIQ app and started what was presented as a free trial, which I canceled the same day on February 5, 2026. Despite canceling on the same day, the company has continued to attempt to charge my account at least three times a month since then. My card is usually locked, but when it happened to be unlocked, they successfully charged me $29.99 via Cash App on March 31, 2026. After noticing this, I emailed support@**ld.net to request help and a resolution, but I have not received any response. I am now also in contact with Cash App about this unauthorized charge and the repeated charge attempts. I request a full refund of the $29.99 taken on March 31, 2026, the immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscription or future charges related to MYIQ, and written confirmation that my account will not be billed again. I also expect an explanation and apology for charging me after I canceled on the same day as the free trial started.
