MyIQ Unauthorized Charge After Trial

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by MyIQ on my account. MyIQ automatically extended my trial period without informing me in advance or asking for my consent, and as a result I was charged 29.99 USD on 5/4/26. I did not request to continue the service beyond the trial and I did not approve any paid subscription. After noticing the charge, I saw many responses from other customers who reported experiencing the same kind of misleading charge, which reinforces my feeling that this was done without proper transparency and in a deceptive manner. I request a full refund of the 29.99 USD that was taken from me without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any ongoing subscription or future charges associated with MyIQ. I would appreciate written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
