MYIQ.com Cacellation And Refund Issue
On March 30, 2026, I noticed a $29.99 charge taken from my checking account (last 4 digits 0024) for a service related to MYIQ.com. I did not knowingly sign up for MYIQ or authorize this subscription or purchase. The transaction detail shows that the purchase date is listed as March 28, 2026, and the amount was withdrawn from my account on March 30, 2026. Since I did not request or consent to this service, I consider this charge unauthorized. I have not yet contacted MYIQ.com or my bank about this issue, and I am first reaching out through this complaint so the situation can be clearly investigated and resolved. I request that MYIQ.com immediately cancel any account, subscription, or service that may have been opened in my name or linked to my checking account ending in 0024, effective as of March 31, 2026, and issue a full refund of the $29.99 that was charged. I also ask to receive clear written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further debits will be made from my account.
