MyIQ Monthly Charges After Trial
I was initially charged $1.99 by MyIQ as what appeared to be a small first payment, but it then turned into repeated monthly withdrawals of $29.99 from my account without my clear consent. These charges continued for about five to six months, and the most recent one hit my account on 03/24/2026, bringing the total taken from me to somewhere between $149.85 and $179.94. During this period, I tried to reach MyIQ by phone many times, but no one ever answered, which made it impossible for me to cancel or even understand why I was being charged. I also contacted my bank repeatedly; they kept advising me to cancel my ATM card, which I did more than four times, yet this did not stop the charges related to MyIQ and created a lot of inconvenience and stress for me. With this complaint, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to MyIQ in my name and a full refund of all amounts that have been withdrawn from my account, including the initial $1.99 and every subsequent $29.99 charge.
