MyIQ Started A Subscription And Charged My Card Without Consent

I took an IQ test on the myıq website on January 3 by paying $1, thinking it was a one-time payment only for the test. Without any clear information or notice about a subscription or recurring payments, myıq automatically started a subscription for me. I realized on January 7, 2026, that a subscription had been activated and that I had been charged a total of 32$ due to this subscription from my TURKIYE IS BANKASI A.S. card. Also, two days before, two additional charge attempts were made, but those transactions were declined by the bank. After noticing this, I cancelled the subscription, but these charges had already been taken from my account. At no stage during the $1 payment process was it clearly stated that a subscription would start or that I would be charged recurring fees. I request a full refund of the 32$ that was charged to me without my explicit consent, and for this subscription to be permanently cancelled and closed in their system so that I will not face any further charges.
