Unauthorized MyIQ Subscription Charge

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized subscription and withdrawal made by MyIQ from my DSK Bank debit card. On 30.03.2026 an amount of 29.99 euro was taken from my card as a subscription fee that I did not request, activate, or knowingly approve. I did not enter into any subscription agreement with this company and the money was simply withdrawn from my debit card without my consent. I have not yet been able to contact DSK Bank or MyIQ about this issue, but I consider this transaction to be unauthorized and improper. I request a full refund of the amount of 29.99 euro that was withdrawn on 30.03.2026 and the immediate termination of any subscription allegedly created in my name. In addition, I ask that any future charges and withdrawals from MyIQ to my debit card be blocked so that similar unauthorized transactions do not occur again.
