Unauthorized MyIQ Charges Total 6,415 CZK Since July 2025

I am writing regarding repeated charges from MyIQ that have been taken from my account twice a month since July 2025, even though I am not aware of having any active subscription with your company. The total amount charged so far is 6,415.10 CZK, and the last transaction I noticed was debited on 15 March 2026. I request that you immediately check whether any subscription exists in my name or linked to my payment details, cancel it with immediate effect if it does, and stop all future direct debits without delay. In addition, I ask for a full refund of all amounts charged by MyIQ from July 2025 until now, which totals 6,415.10 CZK. I expect a prompt written response and resolution, as these repeated debits have been made over a long period without my clear consent or awareness.
