MyIQ Debited My PayPal Account Without Permission

I recently discovered that MyIQ has been debiting money from my PayPal account linked to ING Belgium without my knowledge or consent. The debits started in October 2025 and continued for several months. In October 2025 there were two withdrawals of 0.50 €, in November 2025 one withdrawal of 29.99 €, in December 2025 two withdrawals of 29.99 €, and in January 2026 one withdrawal of 29.99 €. I have never knowingly registered for any MyIQ service, subscription, or trial, and I was not aware of any agreement that would justify these charges. I contacted MyIQ about these unauthorized payments, but have not received any response. I find it unacceptable that money is being taken from my account in this way and that my attempt to reach the company has been ignored. I request that all unauthorized charges from October 2025 onwards be fully refunded and that any subscription or payment agreement in my name be immediately cancelled. I also expect a clear written explanation of how these debits were initiated and how my payment details were obtained without my explicit consent.
