Complaint MYIQ.COM Unauthorised Taking Money

I recently discovered that MYIQ.com EU St. Julians has been charging my credit card in the Netherlands €29,99 per month, even though I only took a single test once and never became a member or knowingly subscribed to any ongoing service. I did not give clear consent for a paid subscription and was not aware that money was being taken from my account each month. On my credit card statement, the charges appear as “MYIQ.COM EU ST. JULIANS”, and so far I have seen at least 6 payments of €29,99, possibly more, which I only noticed after more than half a year. When I called MYIQ.com, I was told that I would have to fill in a lot of paperwork to try to get my money back, which I find very inconvenient, considering I never wanted a subscription in the first place. I request that MYIQ.com immediately stop charging my card and cancel any subscription or membership that may have been created without my clear and explicit approval. I also expect written confirmation that no further amounts will be debited from my card.

I never received any answer from MYIQ.
