MyIQ Subscription Charges Without Clear Consent—Refund Request
I recently discovered on my bank statement that I have been charged twice by myiq.com for a subscription I was not aware of. I initially made a one-time payment of $1.00 for IQ test results and believed that this was the only amount I had authorized. Later, I noticed two separate subscription charges of $29.99 each from myiq.com, one in January (exact date unknown) and one on February 19. At no point was it made clear to me that I was signing up for a recurring subscription, and I did not knowingly consent to ongoing charges. I request an immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments associated with my account and a full refund of both $29.99 charges. I would appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation in writing and ensure that no further payments are taken from my account.
