In December 2025, I took an IQ test through MyIQ.com and paid the advertised fee of $1.00. I was not informed that I was signing up for any recurring service or subscription, and I did not knowingly agree to any additional charges beyond this one-time payment. When reviewing my Visa statement, I discovered that MyIQ.com charged me $24.99 on January 1, 2026, January 29, 2026, and February 27, 2026. I had no knowledge of these charges, did not consent to them, and received no clear information from MyIQ.com that such recurring billing would occur. I consider this a bait-and-switch and an unauthorized use of my card information. I request that MyIQ.com immediately cancel any account, membership, or subscription that may have been opened in my name and refund the full amount of these charges, which totals $75.00 minus $0.03. I also expect written confirmation that my account has been cancelled, that no further charges will be made to my Visa card, and that the refund has been processed.

I have been billed an additional 24.99 which I would like to add to my previous communication. The total for the four months is $99.96.
