MYIQ Cancellation Request And Full Refund
On February 9, 2026, I used Google to look for an IQ test and was directed to MYIQ’s service. During this process, I was not clearly informed that I was subscribing to anything or that I would be billed on a recurring basis. Later, I discovered charges of $0.50 on February 2 and $29.99 on February 9 on my account related to MYIQ, which I did not knowingly approve as a subscription. After noticing these transactions, I tried to contact MYIQ to understand and cancel any possible subscription and request a refund. However, when I attempted to log in or reach support, the system required my email and password, and then I received a message stating that my email could not be located. Because of this, I cannot access any account or subscription page, and I am unable to cancel anything or manage these charges. I request that MYIQ immediately cancel any subscription or account that may be linked to my details, stop any further billing, and refund the $29.99 and $0.50 charges that were taken without my clear consent.
