Myiq Fraudulent Billing Complaint — Refund Request for Unauthorized Payment

On October 24, 2025, a charge of approximately 55 USD was withdrawn from my account by a company named Myiq, under the description of a digital subscription, without my knowledge or consent. I never approved or authorized this transaction, and it was made completely without permission. I have the payment receipt and the international web POS 3D transaction number: 403128 as proof.

I attempted to contact the company, but there are no valid contact details or official website available. A few days earlier, a small test transaction of 1 EUR was also charged, which now appears to have been a fraudulent attempt. I believe this company repeatedly performs unauthorized charges.

I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized payment and a full refund of 55 USD to my account. I also urge for an investigation into these repeated unauthorized transactions to prevent further losses.
