MyIQ Charged My PayPal Account €91.47 After Cancellation
I have been using a MyIQ subscription in Germany, and since 30.11.2025, I have been confronted with several serious problems related to the billing of my account. There have been multiple duplicate debits, as well as debits made in advance for the subscription period. In addition, a cancellation I initiated was apparently not carried out correctly, because despite the cancellation, further amounts were collected. In total, 91,47 EUR were wrongly charged via my PayPal account. I contacted MyIQ customer service about this, but instead of correcting the incorrect debits, I was only offered a special code, which is then treated as a subscription extension and does not solve the underlying problem. I also contacted PayPal, but there I was only referred to supposedly valid debit mandates, without my objection to the incorrect and duplicate debits being resolved. I request that MyIQ immediately checks all debits related to my subscription, cancels the incorrectly created subscription extensions, and refunds the wrongly charged total amount of 91,47 EUR to my PayPal account. I also expect written confirmation that my cancellation has been correctly recorded and that no further unjustified debits will be made in the future.
