MyIQ Unauthorized Charge On Revolut - Refund Not Provided

Today I was charged €29.99 by MyIQ for a subscription via my Revolut debit card, even though I have not knowingly used or benefited from this subscription. After noticing the charge, I contacted MyIQ and have now exchanged around 100 emails with them. Despite this, they repeatedly ask me for the same information over and over again instead of resolving the issue, which has become very frustrating and time‑consuming. In my communications with MyIQ, I have clearly requested a full refund of the €29.99 and the complete cancellation of the subscription at least 40 times. However, I still have not received a proper response or solution from them, only repetitive requests for the same details that I have already provided multiple times. I can also provide emails and screenshots as proof of my attempts to resolve this. I am requesting that MyIQ immediately issues a full refund of the €29.99 charged today and confirms in writing that my subscription has been fully cancelled so that no further payments will be taken from my Revolut card.
